Dr. Anan Tawil is board certified in General and Vascular Surgery. Dr. Tawil strongly believes in patient-centered care. He is trained in all aspects of open, minimally invasive endovascular, and hybrid interventions of various vascular diseases. Dr. Tawil believes in creating treatment plans tailored for each individual that fits suits their needs and gives them the best results possible.
Dr. Tawil practices all aspects of vascular surgery. But he is especially interested in carotid disease as well as critical limb ischemia and limb salvage.
Dr. Tawil graduated from the faculty of medicine at the Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan. He then completed his general surgery training at the Columbia University at Harlem hospital in New York. He completed his vascular surgery specialty at the Michigan State University training at the Michigan Vascular Center in Flint.
My expertise involves the medical and surgical management of vascular and venous disorders including carotid disease and stroke, peripheral arterial disease, limb salvage, aneurysms, varicose veins, ilio-femoral DVT, lymphedema and vascular medicine. I have a passion for what I do and thoroughly enjoying meeting and helping people who are struggling with varicose veins. My professional goal is to be honest, unbiased, informative and supportive towards my patients and to do so with the utmost integrity. Those who know me professionally and personally know that I have high standards but expect nothing less of myself or for my patients."
